ADH Environmental (ADH) staff have successfully performed stormwater and water quality monitoring programs for municipal, industrial, commercial, federal, and state projects for over 20 years throughout the coastal oceans, estuaries, harbors, rivers, and waterway conveyances of the Western United States. We have guided large governmental organizations, including the California Department of Transportation, Contra Costa County, and the cities of Santa Cruz and Trinidad, and small private industry concerns through National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting requirements. Our work experience with municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4), combined sewer overflow (CSO) and industrial clients has helped to identify and implement cost effective solutions. In addition to these services, our professional staff has prepared any and all necessary documentation in support of compliance efforts. These products have included sampling and analysis plans (SAPs), quality assurance project plans (QAPPs), storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), health and safety plans, and monitoring reports.
